2. Projects & Services

When you engage Playback Studio, you agree that all information and materials provided are accurate, complete, and up to date. Every project is subject to mutual agreement regarding scope, timeline, pricing, and availability. Project acceptance begins once both parties have agreed to the proposed terms and any required initial payment has been received. Playback Studio reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing provided by Playback Studio is subject to change until a proposal or quotation has been formally accepted. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers where applicable. Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins, and final deliverables will only be released after all outstanding payments have been received. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. Project schedules may be affected by client feedback, delayed content submissions, requested revisions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Playback Studio is not responsible for delays resulting from these factors.

5. Revisions & Cancellations

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the agreed proposal. Requests beyond the included revisions or changes outside the original scope may require additional fees. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payments already made are generally non-refundable, and Playback Studio reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, approvals, and feedback required for project completion. The client confirms that any materials supplied, including logos, images, videos, text, trademarks, or other content, are owned by them or used with appropriate permission. Playback Studio is not responsible for legal claims arising from client-provided materials.

7. Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Playback Studio retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, design explorations, working files, internal systems, methodologies, and unused creative assets. Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Playback Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio, social media, case studies, marketing materials, and promotional content unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been established.

8. Third-Party Services

Playback Studio may utilize or recommend third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, fonts, plugins, stock assets, or other digital services during project development. We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing updates, security incidents, or technical issues related to these third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Playback Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or project deliverables. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
